2Confirm & Commit
After your package and service agreement are confirmed, a 50% nonrefundable retainer claims your organizing session.
3Complete Payment
For flat-rate packages, the remaining 50% is due 3 days before the scheduled organizing session.
Custom projects: The retainer is calculated from the estimated scope. The remaining estimated balance is due 3 days before the scheduled service, and any client-approved adjustment for completed hours is settled after the project.
Convenient, secure payment: After your consultation, package and service agreement are confirmed, Carly will send you a private Square invoice with the retainer amount and due date. No payment is collected through the website.
Cost clarity: Each package is a flat price for the organizing time and services specifically listed. Completion depends on the amount of clutter, the size of the space, project complexity and the pace of client decisions. If more time is needed, additional organizing hours are $80 each and will be added only with client approval. Larger walk-in closets, heavily cluttered rooms, specialty spaces and multi-day projects may require a custom quote. Organizing products and travel beyond Catch Carly's local service area are separate and always approved in advance.
