  • Three-hour minimum; scope and priorities agreed during consultation

Booking & Payment

Consult

Book a free 30-minute call to choose your package.

Reserve

Sign your agreement and pay a 50% retainer to reserve your session.

Pay the Balance

For flat-rate packages, the remaining 50% is due 3 days before your session.

Carly sends a private Square invoice after your agreement is confirmed; the website collects no payment. For Custom projects, payments are based on estimated hours: the balance is due 3 days before service, and approved differences are settled afterward.

Know before you book

Cancellation & Rescheduling

24+ Hours' Notice

Cancel and receive a refund of your retainer and any package balance paid. Rescheduling is free, subject to availability.

Less Than 24 Hours

If you cancel or do not show up, your 50% retainer is nonrefundable. Any package balance paid is refunded.

Separately approved organizing products and other third-party purchases follow their own refund terms.
